Senior neurosurgeon Dr. Mukasa succumbs to COVID-19
Mukasa has participated in a number of neurosurgery camps organised between Duke University in the US and Mulago Hospital over the years, where they train staff and students about how to operate on patients with head injuries.

The medical fraternity is mourning the passing on of senior consultant neurosurgeon, Dr. John Baptist Nsubuga Mukasa, who has succumbed to COVID-19 Tuesday afternoon.
Mukasa, who worked at Mulago and at
