He observed that the country has been on high alert after the suspected Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) attackers raided a School in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council Kasese district, killing 39 and over 10 are still nursing wounds.

‘’ Security starts with you, make sure that you report any new people that you may be doubtful about because any slight mistake you make, may lead to the loss of hundreds of lives ‘’ said Burora
During the press conference, Burora also called upon politicians to promote unity among Ugandans
‘’Politicians should focus on issues that develop the Country, issues that unity people and give them hope rather than making them lose hope ‘’ said Burora
His response comes after allegations of divisive language used by the president of National Unity Platform (NUP) Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine, during a recent visit to the Luweero district where he fumed that the government wants to kill him and called the Buganda ethnic group to fight for their lands as few people have dominated their land
Burora said his speech was full of hatred and fueling tribal tensions.
Burora warns that such rhetoric can seriously endanger national cohesion, especially as politicians ramp up public rallies ahead of Uganda’s upcoming general election.
He however advised young people to be careful and examine the messages of political candidates before lending their support.
