KAMPALA - Rwanda's First Lady Jeannette Kagame is in Uganda to represent her husband, President Paul Kagame, at the funeral of Canon Constance Kabonero in Ibaare, Ntungamo district.
Jeannette is among the mourners at the funeral of Canon Constance Kabonero.
A prominent farmer and entrepreneur, Constance, a mother of three died in Kampala on May 30, aged 92.
She is the mother to Ambassador Richard Kabonero, Robert Kabonero, a renowned entrepreneur, and Susan Muhwezi, the Senior Presidential Advisor on AGOA & Trade and Chairlady of the Uganda Hotel Owners Association.
Meanwhile, Constance’s husband Dr. Kosea Kabonero died in 1995.
