With Uganda experiencing significant impacts of climate change, including rising temperatures that have affected agricultural viability, drop in water levels, and increased frequency of extreme weather events such as floods and drought, David Nsubuga, the former president of Kampala Central Rotary Club, said Rotarians have to stand up to be counted in this noble duty.
