R.Nyamwamba floods claim two in Kasese, Police blame recklessness

Rwenzori East Regional Police has confirmed that two Kasese municipality residents on September 7, 2024, drowned in floods after River Nyamwamba broke its banks.
Police region spokesperson Nelson Tumushiime told
