Rajiv Ruparelia names individuals who helped secure Dr. Muganga's freedom
Dr. Muganga was arrested over allegations of espionage and being in the country without valid working documents to the chagrin of his family and friends who claimed he was born, studied in Uganda, and also had a valid Ugandan national identity card.
