Prof Kamuntu decries low staffing levels in justice ministry
The outgoing minister pointed out that out of 442 positions at the ministry only 317 are occupied meaning that 125 positions are vacant.

The outgoing minister of justice and constitutional affairs, Prof Ephraim Kamuntu, has decried the low staffing levels at the ministry saying this impinges on the administration of justice.
