The suspects expected to record statements with Police are said to be part of the hit cells operating in Kikamba, Namatala, Nylon, Agumba, Namakwekwe, Shaba, Maluku, Nauyo, ADRA, Nkoma, Bujoloto, Nakaloke, Musoto and some Central parts of Mbale City.
