Opposition minority report challenges budget framework paper

Three opposition MPs; Gorreth Namugga (Mawogola South), John Baptist Nambeshe Opposition Chief Whip and Muwanga Kivumbi (Butambala County) raised eight critical issues about the Budget Framework Paper.
