Dr. Jack Mukiibi Sengero Luyombya, a historical member of the National Resistance Movement has passed on in Kampala.
A renowned Urologist, he was one of the first 37 members of the first National Resistance Council which is the 5th Parliament of Uganda between 1986–1996.
Luyombya later served as a member on the commission of inquiry into the violation of human rights in Uganda.
A Pediatric Urologist in Kampala he is one of the founders of Kampala Hospital in Kololo.
