Njeru Farm: Minister Rwamirama reports Gen. Otafiire to Museveni

Rwamirama’s letter comes in the wake of soldiers, who said they are working on orders of Otafiire, fencing off additional land on the Government farm, to pave way for marijuana growing. 

Otafiire claims ownership of sections of the land on Plot 3 and says he derives his title from Fred Kato Lukwaju. He also claims sections of the land on Plot 4.
