President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has received a special message from his counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa, of the Republic of South Africa.

The message was delivered at State House Entebbe on Monday, February by Ms Ayanda Dlodlo, the special envoy of President Ramaphosa.

Accompanying the envoy was Ms Tshabalala Bajabulile Swazi, the former Senior Vice President of the African Development Bank (AfDB), who is seeking support for her candidacy for the presidency of the African Development Bank.

The two leaders last met early this month in Tanzania for the regional Heads of State for the Joint SADC-EAC Summit.

At the Dar es Salaam, the leaders discussed the security crisis in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
