President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Wednesday received a special message from Ethiopia's Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed.
The message, according to a brief statement issued by the President's press team, was delivered to him at State House Entebbe.
Museveni received it from Dr Mulatu Teshome, a special envoy of the Prime Minister, who is also the country's former president.

Teshome led Ethiopia from 2013 until 2018.
Museveni and his high-profile guest discussed matters of mutual interest between Uganda and Ethiopia.
Uganda's foreign affairs state minister, Henry Okello Oryem, was among the officials that attended the meeting.
