Museveni emphasises industrialisation, tech at Korea-Africa summit

Our aim is a ‘structurally transformed’ economy, as laid out in the African Union’s Agenda 2063. There is now a realization that it will be difficult to imagine having a structural transformation of the economy without industrialization or a manufacturing sector.
