Museveni congratulates Padhola Cultural Institution on 25th anniversary

President Museveni noted that the celebration of the silver jubilee is a highlight of the existence of the Padhola cultural institution since its inception by the NRM leadership and a celebration of all the hard work and victories attained and achieved over the years.
