The Vicar-General of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kampala and also the reigning parish-priest of Christ the King Church Kampala, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Gerald Kalumba has praised the spirit of togetherness that exists among the Old Girls of Trinity College Nabbingo (TRICONA).

He said the Tricona alumni have always been united in their efforts of supporting their former school’s development programmes and also, endeavour to know themselves better whenever they meet.

He asked them to keep their unity and also use it to do even greater things for themselves and the school.

Kalumba put it to the alumni and all the other stakeholders of the school to be even more committed to the values of the school in order to preserve its academic excellence as well as its admirable moral ethic.

During the function, the Tricona alumni donated a set of ciboria to the school’s chaplaincy. They were handed over to the Chaplain, Fr. John Chrysostom Kiwanuka by the President of the alumni association, Solome Marie Nassiwa, who pledged more support to the school in the future.

The function was graced by a good number of prominent alumni, including the Vice-Chairperson of Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), Hon. Sarah Kagingo.
