MPs question government’s representation on Bujagali Electricity Limited Board

In a report to Parliament, MPs on the Finance Committee have revealed that out of the 460,000 shares the Government owns 360,000.

While Government of Uganda is a majority shareholder of ordinary shares in the Bujagali Electricity Limited, it has never received any dividend.
