MPs defy Presidential directive, fly to Turkey

Chris Obore, the director of communications and public affairs at Parliament, confirmed the travel to Turkey, describing it as an extraordinary visit. 

Zaake had, in a tweet, purported that he was in Turkey to ‘rescue’ a Ugandan blogger, Fred Lumbuye, who is reportedly wanted in Uganda over cybercrimes.
