KAMPALA - Higher Education Students' Financing Board (HESFB) has come under fire for lack of fairness while distributing financial support across the country.
While facing Parliament's COSASE committee, the Board was put under fire to explain while some regions have had hundreds of beneficiaries in the last couple of years while others have less than ten.
MPs called for immediate revision of the financial aid distribution criteria to ensure equitable benefits by all regions in the country.
