Mpigi-Busega Expressway project delayed by two years – Tayebwa
The 35km was contracted to China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in a Joint Venture with China Railway 19th Bureau Group (U) Ltd at a contract sum of sh547.5b.

The Deputy Speaker, Thomas Tayebwa, has tasked the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) to explain the delays in the completion of the Mpigi-Busega Expressway.
Tayebwa on Tuesday,
