MP Atima questions allocation of road funds in Arua City

Atima argued that Central is the face of the city and did not deserve to get a paltry allocation of sh145m for 19.4km of roads while pointing out that sh744m was allocated to Ayivu to cater for about 22 roads totalling 116 km.
