MP Atima questions allocation of road funds in Arua City

Atima argued that Central is the face of the city and did not deserve to get a paltry allocation of sh145m for 19.4km of roads while pointing out that sh744m was allocated to Ayivu to cater for about 22 roads totalling 116 km. 

Atima said the allocation for the financial year 2022/23 was not fair when comparing the two divisions of Arua Central and Ayivu.
