In her application lodged at the Criminal Division of the High Court registry in Kampala on Thursday, the 55-year-old Molly named her sureties as: John Patrick Kaboyo, Geoffrey Kamuntu, Gen. Emmanuel Nyamunywanisa and Margaret Mugisa Muhanga.

After spending over one month at Luzira women’s prison in Kampala, Molly Katanga who has been indicted over the murder of her husband Henry Katanga has applied for bail.
Through Kampala Associated Advocates and Tumusiime, Kabega and Company Advocates, Molly states that she is entitled to the constitutional presumption of innocence and has substantial sureties to ensure her attendance in court whenever required if released on bail.
