Apostle Grace Lubega told the men that God’s plan for them is not just to follow the patterns of their ancestors but to break limitations, step into new realms, and walk in divine distinction.
This was during the eighth edition of the Men's Conference on Saturday hosted by Phaneroo Ministries International at the Phaneroo grounds in Naguru.
The conference attracted men from over 16 nations, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Lubega emphasized that God’s plan for every man is to elevate him beyond the patterns of his lineage noting that “If your father's lineage made a million dollars, you have a lineage to enter of more than a billion dollars. If your family made a billion dollars, you have a lineage going to make a trillion.”

He pointed out that many men are trapped in cycles of disease, failure, and addiction that have plagued their families for generations. However, he assured them that God has called them to be a new breed.
He referenced the story of Abraham, whom God called to leave his father's house to establish a new nation. “A time comes when a man has to be separated from everything that looks like him,” he said.
He further illustrated the concept of divine separation by referring to Genesis 49, where Jacob (Israel) prophesied over his sons, outlining their destinies.
“Jacob described Reuben, his firstborn, as mighty, spoke of Simeon and Levi as instruments of cruelty, Judah to carry the scepter and be a lawgiver among his brothers, while Dan would serve as a judge among others. When he reached Joseph, he proclaimed him a fruitful branch whose growth extended beyond the wall (boundaries),” Lubega explained.
Alongside Apostle Grace Lubega, other guest speakers delivered life-changing messages at the conference, calling men to step into purpose, partnership, and divine alignment.
Bishop Dale Bronner emphasized the importance of partnership in a man's journey, drawing from biblical wisdom. “You have no power to multiply until you have a partner,” he said.
“From the Bible we see that one can put a thousand to flight, but two will do ten thousand and this in itself shows multiplication,” he stated, underscoring how the right partnership strengthens and accelerates destiny.
He also spoke about the role of a wife in a man’s life, saying, “A wife knows how to multiply a man,” urging men to choose their partners wisely.
Dr. David Malapo called on men to recognize that life is a one-time opportunity and a battlefield that requires vigilance. Quoting Judges 16:21, he warned about the struggles men face with “three Ws: wine, wealth, and women.”
He highlighted how wrong choices can derail a man’s destiny, drawing lessons from Samson, whose divine mandate to deliver Israel was compromised by his associations.
Dr Malapo categorized destructive relationships into three types: the demanding diva, whose relentless demands push men into debt; the drama queen, who thrives on chaos and conflict; and the control freak, who undermines a man’s authority.
“Samson got trapped by Delilah who was all the three,” he said. He cautioned men against transactional relationships that drain their strength and warned that losing vision leads to downfall. “But the grace of God will be upon you, and this will not happen to you,” he declared, encouraging men to walk in wisdom.
