Lango joint council pays tribute to Cecilia Ogwal

Ogwal, 77, died at an India-based hospital on January 18, 2024, and her body was repatriated on Sunday and arrived at her ancestral home in Adok sub-county, Dokolo district on Tuesday at 11:00 pm.
