📷 Kiteezi tragedy: Lukwago says KCCA stuck with garbage

During the meeting, Lukwago said, " We are stuck with 2,500 tonnes of garbage. We must look for an alternative dump site with immediate effect" and that the person responsible for the disaster should be dealt with.
