KCCA on the spot over sh16b landfill deal

What was settled under the cover of Mpigi’s leafy environs has now courted controversy, with officials from the National Forest Authority (NFA) claiming that KCCA was sold “air” instead of land.

KAMPALA - Deep in a forest reserve, a land deal was sealed between Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) and a businessman, David Derrick Luwaga.
