Katumba, Otema, 5 other Generals to retire
Highly placed sources in the army revealed that former CDF and now works and transport minister Gen. Katumba Wamala; Lt. Gen. Charles Otema (commander, Reserve Forces) and Lt. Gen. Charles Angina, the former deputy CDF and now military attaché to Egypt, will also retire next year.
Gen. Elwelu (L) will be discharged today, whereas Gen. Kyanda (C) and Gen. Katumba (R) are set to retire next year.
