📷 Kansanga, Kabalagala and Bugolobi slums choking on garbage

Kampala city generates over 1500 tons of waste every day and it is estimated that in urban areas, waste generation per capita stands at around one kilogram per day, the NEMA Executive Director, Dr. Akankwasa Barirega said when contacted.
