Judicial commission throws out complaint against Justice Bukirwa

Kadaga specifically accused Bukirwa of fixing a ruling of miscellaneous application number 118 of 2023 in relation to her case for a longer period of 11 months which to her amounted to abuse of judicial authority and bias on part of Bukirwa.
