Jailed former principal accountant Kazinda seeks sh148m in legal costs

Ordering the IGG to pay costs to Kazinda, the justices of the regional court found that the country’s ombudsman does not personally fall within the purview of the Treaty for the establishment of East African Community and thus could not be added as party to the reference that was filed by Kazinda before the regional court.
