The National Resistance Movement (NRM) leaders’ retreat officially commenced today, April 8, at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) in Kyankwanzi. President Yoweri Museveni, who is also the NRM National Chairman, was present to officially open the retreat.
The retreat brings together party leaders and key government officials to reflect on national progress, review policies, and chart the country’s strategic direction. Discussions are expected to focus on critical areas including economic development, service delivery, security, and political organisation.
A total of 552 participants are attending the retreat, underscoring its significance in shaping the party’s agenda and national priorities.
