ICC marks 26 anniversary of the Rome Statute

The treaty, which established the ICC, aims to end impunity for perpetrators of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. To date, 124 countries including Uganda are States Parties to the Rome Statute.
