How youth, ex-soldiers are being lured into Russia-Ukraine war
In 2008, American contractor Special Operations Consulting-Security Management Group recruited about 1,500 Ugandans and Sierra Leoneans for combat activities in the Middle East. Many were deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan to back the American and British forces, where some of the hired people died.
