Govt rejects cops murder suspects’ amnesty request

Appearing before the GCM chaired by Brig. Gen. Robert Freeman Mugabe on November 27, 2024, the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) Director of Prosecutions, Col. Raphael Mugisha told the court that the accused’s request for amnesty was not granted.
