Govt moves to appoint new Coffee Authority boss

Since the enactment of the Coffee Act 2021, there have been delays in the process of approving the UCDA board by Cabinet, and yet the contract of Dr. Emmanuel Iyamulemye as managing director was expiring on September 30, 2021.
