After listening to evidence from eighteen prosecution witnesses, the High Court sitting at Ggaba community church has ruled that Christopher Onyum Okello, who is accused of killing four toddlers at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Centre, has a case to answer.
Citing the evidence adduced by the prosecution, High Court Judge Alice Komuhangi Khaukha said a prima-facie case has been established against Okello, requiring him to defend himself.
“Based on the evidence adduced by the prosecution, I find that you have a case to answer,” Justice Komuhangi ruled.
