GULU - Former Omoro County Member of Parliament Simon Toolit has passed on from Lacor Hospital in Gulu city.
Tolit is reported to have passed on today afternoon, two days after he was admitted to the health facility.
Tolit was the National Unity Platform party's flag-bearer during the Omoro County byelection meant to replace deceased legislator Jacob Oulanyah.
