First Oil expected from Albertine Graben in 2026

Uganda is making steady progress toward achieving its first oil production from the Albertine Graben by 2026, based on the development of key infrastructure required for oil extraction. 

At Kingfisher, 18 of the planned 31 wells have been drilled, and the central processing facility is over 90% complete. (New Viison/Files)
