The Mantle of Deborah Uganda is set to host a national conference this weekend aimed at empowering believers and strengthening spiritual leadership across the country.
The event, scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026, will take place at Hotel Africana starting at 9:00am, according to organisers.

Held under the theme “The Dominion Mandate,” drawn from Genesis 1:26–28, the conference will bring together believers, ministry leaders and professionals from various sectors for a day of teaching, networking and spiritual reflection.
Organisers say the theme seeks to inspire participants, particularly members of the People of Influence network, to embrace leadership, responsibility and stewardship within their communities and areas of influence.
The conference will feature several local and international Christian leaders expected to deliver keynote addresses and teachings.

Apostle Isi Igenegba from Nigeria, founder and global leader of the Mantle of Deborah movement.
Among the headline speakers is Apostle Isi Igenegba from Nigeria, founder and global leader of the Mantle of Deborah movement.
Igenegba is widely known for her teachings on women’s empowerment, leadership development and raising what she describes as an “apostolic generation of Deborahs” who lead with spiritual insight and authority.
Other speakers include minister Irene Kauma, the country lead for Mantle of Deborah Uganda and a Christian minister involved in leadership training and women’s empowerment initiatives.
Also expected to speak is Bishop Joshua Lwere, a senior Pentecostal leader and former head of the National Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Churches of Uganda, known for his teachings on faith, leadership and national renewal.
The Mantle of Deborah Uganda operates as part of a broader apostolic and prophetic movement under the People of Influence Network, focusing on equipping women to take on leadership roles and influence society through faith-based principles.
Previous editions of the conference in Uganda have attracted large crowds and featured prayers for national transformation, with organisers saying the gatherings aim to encourage women to take up greater leadership roles in their communities.

Last year, a groundbreaking initiative launched a two-year ICT training programme where 200,000 young girls are equipped with cybersecurity skills to thrive in the digital world.
The event is organised in partnership with the Office of the First Lady and Deborah Impact Projects Africa, which operates under the Mantle of Deborah.
Organisers have urged interested participants to register early, noting that the conference is expected to attract a large turnout from across the country.
