Ex-UPPC boss, managers summoned over sh658m loss

Magistrate Opit issued the summons after Inspectorate of Government (IG) officer Moses William Ntumwa informed the court that the accused had previously skipped court appearances to answer charges of embezzlement, causing financial loss, abuse of office, and false accounting.
