Ex-Soroti University secretary convicted of corruption

Judge Margaret Tibulya of the Anti-Corruption Court in Kampala, convicted Achimo of abuse of office, diversion of public resources and fraudulent false accounting. 

Former Soroti University secretary, Ruth Etibot Achimo, has been convicted of diverting public resources to the tune of sh1.6b meant for the staff.
