Ex-NGO boss loses petition in sh1.5b case

Odele had petitioned the Constitutional Court, faulting the government for freezing his property and denying him a fair trial in his prosecution in the Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court. 

A panel of five justices led by Eva Luswata, dismissed the petition on Thursday, November 30, for want of prosecution and ordered the parties to bear their costs.
