Ex-MP Aleper laid to rest

Aleper 49, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) vice-chairperson for Karamoja region died in a road crash last week on the Mbale-Iganga highway when he was heading to Kampala for a Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting for the party.
