EX-LRA rebel commander case: Over 5,000 registered for reparations
Initially, only 103 dual victims had been registered during the trial, but in the reparations ruling made on December 16, 2024, the court gave 365 days to the ICD registry to register all victims of Kwoyelo who are eligible for the reparations.
