EFC closure: govt announces dates for paying depositors
In a public notice on Monday, February 5, the Bank of Uganda (BOU) revealed that the Deposit Protection Fund (DPF) will pay protected deposits of up to sh10 million per depositor while BOU the statutory liquidator of EFC Uganda Limited will pay the unprotected deposits.
