Double titling sparks Mpigi land dispute
Documents obtained by New Vision indicate that the same office of the registrar of titles that issued Kimera with a special title in 1995, also issued to Kalanzi and Nabyonga a special title for the land in question, sparking the dispute on October 22, last year.
