Developers defy govt ban on steel-timber concrete composite building
Works minister Gen. Katumba Wamala told the media recently that of the 2,954 ongoing building operations in the districts of Kampala, Mukono, Mpigi and Wakiso, 138 sites (4.7%) were still using this method that was banned in September 2022.
