Cuba awards Minister Oryem with recognition medal

Handing over the medal, Tania Perez, the Ambassador of Cuba, acknowledged Oryem’s outstanding performance in solidarity with Cuba as well as continuously working with different diplomats in the bilateral cooperation between Cuba and Uganda.
