Court to hear out-of-court settlement outcome for accused ex-UNRA engineer

Brenda Kimbugwe, who is leading the prosecution team, last month confirmed to the court that Katongole had written to the Inspectorate of Government seeking to settle the ongoing case without litigation. 

The Anti-Corruption Court will Thursday hear the outcome of out-of-court negotiations in a case involving a former Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) engineer accused of illicitly amassing sh6.2 billion.
