Court throws out Namuganza suit on Nakawa-Naguru report

Namuganza dragged the Attorney General to court seeking for an order from court to quash the report on grounds that it was illegal, ultra-vires, unreasonable and comprising procedural irregularities and biased in respect of the applicant.
